Q: What is "PU Leather"?
PU leather is a material made with a split leather backing covered with a layer of polyurethane (hence the term "PU leather") that is applied to the surface and then embossed.

Q: How do I track my order?
You will receive email updates relating to your delivery - sent to the email used at checkout.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery / Can the courier call?
If delivery is attempted and no one is available, a notification card will be left that provides instructions on how to retrieve your items.
Our carriers are not able to call before delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information within 24 hours of your items leaving the warehouse.
If your order is overdue please check its status on the carrier's website using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email as delivery was most likely attempted and the card misplaced. This will also provide instructions on how to accept your items.
