RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Basic Refund Policy

  • There are 3 types of items modernbedspace.com sells, and all 3 have sightly different Refund Policies based on the item type:
    • Retail Items:  If the item is defective and or the wrong item was shipped to you, we will exchange it at no cost to you. You must notify us within 14 days and we must receive the item within the 30 day refund guarantee.
    • Shirts: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee if the item is defective, which we will replace at no cost to you. You CANNOT return shirts unless they are defective as each item is printed on demand and not always carried in stock. For size exchanges please read below.
    • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 
  • For all applicable returns, please email us at info@modernbedspace.com so we can work out the quickest solution for you. We do not return items for no reason.

How do I exchange a shirt for a different size?

    • If we sent you the wrong shirt size, we will exchange the shirt at no cost to you. Please email us at info@modernbedspace.com and we will get everything straightened out for you. 
    • If you ordered the wrong size, we may still exchange the item, but the cost of exchange will be included with your new shirt. We put sizing charts on all pages, so please ensure you look to order the best fit. If you can not find the size chart or have questions about how the item fits, please contact us at support@knotyetmrs.com and we will help you get the right size.
    • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.  
    • You have 30 days to exchange your item.
    What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?
    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at info@modernbedspace.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
    • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

     

    SHIPPING

    How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $4.95 unless you order a large amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $8.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas. Express shipping is available on select items due to high demand.
    • Please contact us if you need an item within 14 business days so we can ensure the items arrive on time. Please note we do our best to ship items as soon as they are processed but please understand we can not guarantee shipping times once the item has been shipped it is no longer in our control!
    • We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
    Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we currently ship to most European countries, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. 
    • International shipping rates vary.
    How do I track my package?
    • You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at info@modernbedspace.com.
    How long does it take for an order to arrive?
      • US Shipping Time Estimates: 10-15 business days

      • International Shipping Time Estimates: 15-21 business days

      • Please note:
    • modernbedspace.com is a global partner with manufacturers and distributors all over the world. So we source items from different places to bring you the best deals. Which means your items may be shipped from a different country, but all items are secured shipping and 100% satisfaction guarantee. The only reason we can provide such great deals on unique items is because of these global partnerships, so please do not worry if your item doesn't arrive right away. It's coming and we are happy to provide tracking and updates :)
    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
