• Electronics products come with a 3 month warranty.
• The following terms and conditions apply to the warranty:

1. Damages due to misuse by the customer or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
2. This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. Regarding to accessory and bonus gift,they would be noted in our listing would, include (but limited to ) battery, carry bag, etc.

• Damage on Arrival (DOA)

1. This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived or appear to be not functioning on initial usage.

• The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:

1. You must check their item(s) and report the damages or faults(pictures or videos) to us by email immediately after receiving the item(s) and within 5 days of delivery date. You must note damage on POD receipt from delivery company before signing for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
2. Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.

• What should I do if there is a part missing?

1. Please send an email to info@modernbedspace.com.au immediately with your name and order number, confirming you have checked the packaging very thoroughly as the small components might become loose during the shipping. We will offer our best assistance.

• Refund and replacement

1. Refund and replacement generally take up to 2 working days to process, and we will notify you right after it has been processed.

NOTE:

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. You are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

We currently only ship within Australia, using the best shipping partners available: Australia Post, Fastway or Allied Express.

Please note that we operate a fast and automated dispatching system. We can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. We will always do our best to help, however, once our shipping partners take control of the item, we will not be in a position to recall the item.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.

NOTE:
Delivery time only starts from when the item is dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment). This excludes processing time.

UNDELIVERABLE POSTCODES

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please kindly contact us at info@modernbedspace.com.au for more information if you need the item to be delivered to a emote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.

There are some additional postcodes we have restricted shipping to. This means there will be an additional charge for shipping to more remote post codes for example post codes starting with 65XX. Please let us know if your looking to ship to these areas and we'll give you a hand with working out the shipping.
